It is talked that soon will be issued the package of new laws, which will protect citizens of our Fatherlands from criminal journalism. Will it be or not, we over and over go back to the scheme of informative lawlessness. One of its most monstrous displays became recently breaking out Medias war against Robert Fletcher. A reader doubts scarcely, that this article is written by a journalist, a representative of the same profession which is utilized in a fight for and against the good names of public people. Yes, we have an influence on public opinion and from a level of our honesty and degree of our responsibility often depends the image of famous people. But journalists don't know sometimes, what they create. In such cases ridiculous are prosecutions of our, writing brother in slander and misinformation. Dear readers, we are the same victims in informative wars, as well as other. Sometimes is very difficult to dissociate corns from darnels. So went out and in war against the good name of Fletcher. The MASS-MEDIA was not simply captivated by slander, but this slander was supported by enough imposing grounds. Sometimes quite sincerely journalists were rushing allegedly on protection of the Ukrainian naive businessmen from the shark of enterprise art from behind an ocean. And only experienced eye of media-masters who took part in a lot of fights could recognize nets and traps, placed in hunting on Fletcher. He appeared to be in the number of other – those, whose financial state and social super success causes endless informative exchange of fire.

«Today is killed the chairman of large factory!!!», headlines of press yell. The next day died comes back to life and yells, that nobody did not kill him, that it is shameless provocation. Passes another day, chairman, due to information of the mass-media gets in a hospital with a diagnosis «stroke». It turns out then, that he is not in a hospital, but simply left to a summer residence. In this way can proceed for ever and ever.

Described higher is the maximally simplified scheme of informative war. Some kind of amateurish version. Actually, «battle actions» are conducted constantly and we are unintentional victims of this conflict. We constantly hear the contradictory statements of politicians, economists, political scientists. There is a question — why is it all needed? An answer is simple — if you tangle a person, it really easy to influence on that person.

Nevertheless, «soldiers of fortune» can not only to confuse. They can sow panic, compel to doubt, discredit or simply to offend. All depends on the pursued purpose and audience on which a strike is directed. For every direction there are exact technologies, methods, tacticians and strategies. Thus they already are so carefully planed and worked out, that, trust, you practically (and even absolutely) wont notice an influence directed on you. Personally for you all will be maximally plausibly. And becomes unimportant, that many see absurdity of situation and of given around information. THEY see all this, but not you. And this happens not because you more foolish or more blind. They just out of attack.

How does it work? Creates the scenario of development of the conflict. At first invents a basic event canvas (as a chain of measures) and the methods of giving information about these events to the audience. Reports can be obviously with each other unconnected, but given in such a way that the representatives of reception group came exactly to those conclusions which are advantageous to a producer.

For example, one large regional bank was in a state of conflict with a small competitor Õ. The big bank, trying to push out a competitor, conducted against him a PR-campaign in a press. The PR-director of large bank, asking not to print his name, remembers: “We decided to create scandal, linked with Õ, to harm his reputation. The scenario of development of events was simple. At first we flood MASS-MEDIA with compromising articles, hinting, that Õ cheats the depositors. Then we send about 500 “sociologists” in a city, and they ask locals a question: “How long a bank will "live" Õ after the exposures of his machinations in MASS-MEDIA?”. Questioning about which, by the way, much and quite unselfishly wrote in local editions, compelled most depositors to be thoughtful, what would mean it all. In the total they began to require money from Õ, and the small bank hardly found the way not to become bankrupt.

One Russian firm bought up shares of the staff of enterprise in Moldova. Was made an extraordinarily dramatic scenario purpose of which was to convince workers to sell the shares. Unexpectedly the director of factory declared in a corporate newspaper, that Russians are frauds, after a purchase they will fire everyone. “In reply we issued a newspaper-clone and in to the article of director about the swindle of Russians added allegedly his words that he will grumble about the Russian firm in UN, in the Strasburg court and etc. After this action a director produced an urgent leaflet, warning that he did not do the last statement, and the issue of newspaper, which published it, is forged by invaders. Immediately we published a bulletin with the counterfeit announcing of director that an urgent leaflet was produced not by him and that he didn't make any statements in general. We carried the situation to the point of absurdity, confused workers and soon easily bought up shares”, - the general manager of the Russian company remembers.

In August, 2001 Management on control after food products and drugs of the USA declared that preparation of Baycol/Lipobay, which reduces the level of cholesterol, became reason of death of 52 patients. As a result producer — a company Bayer did not survive throu informative prosecutions, fully halted the production of dangerous remedy, and lost an almost $1 milliard. Soon after it in a press appeared an information, that scandal with Baycol was created by competitors, who immediately took the place of Bayer at the market of anticholesterol drugs. Physicians declared even, that at all of similar preparations a potential threat is practically identical, however a trust to Baycol was already undermined. Competitors confirmed the guess-work of journalists indirectly. For example, a company Bristol-Myers Squibb began to distribute patients, who used Baycol, coupons on the free receipt of monthly dose of the analogical medicine.

Practically everyone, in this or that context, heard about the Japanese, German economic miracle. But here that is interesting: anywhere such concept, as « the American economic miracle » practically does not appear. And in fact this phenomenon in the strongest way has changed the business world not only the USA. It was reflected in financial and economic systems practically all around the world. And in Ukraine including.

Some years ago, English edition Management Today ascertained: «the New American challenge to the world is based not only on power, but also in the same measure on the perfect management. The American management is the biggest and the most open market for the new ideas which are born in the environment of intellectuals. The American gurus and teachers possess some kind of monopoly for an administrative idea just as Microsoft possesses monopoly for the software».

Americans have saved up luggage of serious competitive advantages. But, on their background the strongest is management. Competently planned, it allows working with the maximal feedback and efficiency. Its American form does not dull, and on the contrary develops initiative that allows creating new and new spheres of the appendix of enterprise abilities.

Though it is possible to say, that business - even in Africa is business. As researchers of the American way of life assert, «in society, being in the permanent state of development, there are no social and economic ideals and there is no discount on inability to improve the life, whatever reason is». Former main economist in Ministry of labor of the USA, participant of project on the study of economic policy at Hadson institute Diana Fyurkhtgott-Rot underlines: «Our task is to give the greater amount of people to promote the educational level on all of directions — from the professional technical studying to higher education». And as statistics assert, today amount of Americans, visitant educational establishments with the two year program of increase of general level and qualification grew on million persons as compared to the index of ten year remoteness. These people are aimed at success.

When suddenly achievement of prosperity becomes problematic, Americans consider it as a trampling of course of natures. As sure in the USA, American volunteers are called to help the people of other countries to believe in their forces.

Actually, America was created by pioneers who broke away from a familiar place in search of new spaces, where people will be able to carry out the natural law — to reach a success. In fact financial freedom is the inalienable term of independent development of personality.
